Service Charge Accounts
We help our clients produce service charge accounts, providing a personalised service that is both flexible and value for money. We will work closely with you to ensure that the accounts produced accurately show expenditure that has been incurred throughout the year, complying with the Tech03/11 recommendations, the lease and the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985.
We also work with our clients to ensure that any managing agents/landlords who receive queries from their tenants are provided with answers that are clear and easy to understand so as to ensure all parties are satisfied.
Services we provide:
- Production of external service charge accounts, including accountants’ report
- Preparation of limited company accounts for filing at Companies House, and help to ensure they are filed on time
- Preparation corporation tax and trust tax returns, and dealing with HMRC as an authorised agent for our clients
- Company secretarial services including, submission of confirmation statements and other statutory matters
Following the introduction of GDPR we are introducing a secure portal which will allow clients to upload and manage their information for accounts production. Clients no longer need to worry about file sizes and security when uploading information.
